Lost & found

Tag your belongings so whoever finds them can reach you.

What it does

  • A finder taps the tag and reaches you, without an app
  • Lend things out with due dates and reminders
  • Hand an item on to a new owner with its history
  • Teams can share tags, with members and roles

Who it’s for

Individuals, families and teams.

Good to know

  • You choose what a finder can see.
Now onboarding

Equipment checkout & returns

Know who has shared equipment, in what condition, and when it is due back.

What it does

  • Issue, return, renew, reserve and transfer equipment
  • Record condition, accessories and photos at checkout and return
  • Block issue while servicing or clearance is outstanding
  • Overdue reminders, escalation and inventory checks

Who it’s for

Hospitals, libraries, schools and facilities teams.

Good to know

  • Workflows keep patient information out of equipment records.
Now onboarding

Inspections & maintenance

Scheduled inspections with checklists, photos and follow-up, starting with fire extinguishers.

What it does

  • Recurring schedules and versioned checklists
  • Required checks, photos and sign-off before an inspection is recorded
  • Overdue inspections stay visible until they are done
  • Corrective actions with owners and deadlines, plus servicing and test records

Who it’s for

Facilities teams and fire-safety service providers.

Good to know

  • A tap alone never completes an inspection.
  • Checklist templates are a starting point: review them against the rules that apply to you.
  • Records are tamper-evident, not proof that the work was done.
Now onboarding

School attendance

Students tap the tag on their bench, sign in with their school account, and see their check-in confirmed.

What it does

  • No app for students, and no classroom readers or batteries
  • Only students enrolled in the lesson can check in
  • Live registers, a verification queue and corrections for teachers
  • Retention periods set per school

Who it’s for

Schools and colleges.

Good to know

  • A phone, tag or location problem goes to the teacher to verify. It never marks a student absent.
  • Location is optional, used once as supporting evidence, and not stored with check-ins.
In validation

AI gauge reading suggestions

An advisory suggestion of whether an extinguisher gauge needle appears inside its marked zone.

What it does

  • Only for gauge layouts validated against your own inspectors’ readings
  • The inspector agrees or disagrees before the inspection is submitted
  • Flags photos that look like earlier ones

Who it’s for

Organizations using inspections.

Good to know

  • Advisory only: it never certifies safety or predicts remaining life.
  • Off unless your organization turns it on. Photos are then sent to our AI provider, Anthropic.

How onboarding works

We work with each organization directly, so the applications fit your sites and rules before your team relies on them.

  1. 1

    Talk to us

Tell us about your sites, the equipment or rooms involved, and who would use it.

  2. 2

    Unlock your workspace

We send your organization a private invitation link that unlocks the applications you need. Then we set up your sites, people, sign-in and tags with you.

  3. 3

    Run it with your team

Try the workflows before relying on them, and confirm the inspection or school privacy rules that apply to you.
